Am Produktionsstandort Konolfingen stellen rund 550 Mitarbeitende hochwertige Säuglings- und Spezialnahrung für den weltweiten Markt her. Für unseren automatisierten Bereich Special Products suchen wir eine engagierte und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit zur Steuerung und Überwachung unserer modernen Produktionslinien.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Anlagenbedienung & Steuerung: Milch und Säuglingsnahrung verarbeiten ? von der Rohstoffaufgabe und Sprühtrocknung bis hin zu Misch- und Abfüllprozessen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle & Labor: Standardanalysen im Linienlabor nach QMS durchführen sowie Produktions- und Reinigungsschritte lückenlos dokumentieren.
  • Reinigung & Pflege: CIP- und Grundreinigungen gemäss Hygiene- und NGMP-Vorgaben selbstständig umsetzen.
  • Sorgfalt & Sicherheit: Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien einhalten sowie ressourcenschonend mit Rohstoffen, Material und Anlagen umgehen.
  • Einsatz: Zuverlässige Mitarbeit im geregelten Schichtbetrieb (inkl. Wochenenden).

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) als Milch- oder Lebensmitteltechnologe/-in oder mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion.
  • Know-how: Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Routine im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und MES.
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, qualitätsorientiert und mit ausgeprägtem Hygiene- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Persönlichkeit: Verlässlicher Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierter Denkweise.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
