Wil jij een sturende rol spelen binnen de Europese organisatie van een hoogtechnologische topspeler? Voor onze vestiging in Zwijndrecht zoeken we een gedreven Business Support Team Leader.

In deze functie maak je deel uit van het Business Support Team in een internationale context. Je biedt veelzijdige ondersteuning doorheen de volledige levenscyclus van producten en stelt alles in het werk om kritieke bedrijfsprocessen te stroomlijnen.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in een economische, administratieve of wetenschappelijke richting) en hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team.
  • Proces- & Systeeminzicht: Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en projectmanagement. Ervaring met software-implementaties en Product Lifecycle Management systemen is een sterke plus.
  • Talenkennis: Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Engels uitstekend
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je combineert sterke people management skills met een analytische, hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent flexibel, kunt strategisch en operationeel schakelen en voelt je thuis in een dynamische, internationale context.
  • People Management & Coaching: Je stuurt dagelijks een team van Product Management Coordinators aan. Je bouwt het team verder uit, stimuleert een positieve werksfeer, biedt coaching en ondersteunt hands-on waar nodig om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie & Projecten: Je identificeert, initieert en managet continue verbeterprojecten. Je stroomlijnt workflows en zorgt voor de harmonisatie van processen binnen de Europese organisatie.
  • Software- & Systeemimplementatie: Je helpt mee met het implementeren van nieuwe softwareplatformen en optimaliseert de productiviteit in nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • Expertise & Klantencontact: Je fungeert als inhoudelijk expert van relevante bedrijfsprocessen, adviseert stakeholders over best practices en faciliteert de communicatie met klanten om afspraken en samenwerkingen correct na te leven.
