Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) 60?100%

Das erwartet dich:

  • Telefonische Betreuung und First-Level-Support (Inbound) für Bankkunden
  • Beratung zu Debitkarten (z. B. Nutzung, Kartensperrungen, Limitenanpassungen)
  • Support für die mobile Bezahl-App TWINT sowie Wallets und E-Commerce-Transaktionen
  • Unterstützung beim Einsatz von Zahlkarten an Geldautomaten sowie Auskünfte zu Transaktionen
  • Analyse von potenziellen Kartenmissbräuchen und Hilfestellung bei Beanstandungen
  • Fokus auf lösungsorientierte und effiziente Beratung ? ohne Produktverkauf
  • Flexible Einsatzzeiten im Rahmen eines 24/7-Schichtbetriebs mit attraktiven Schichtzulagen

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im kaufmännischen Bereich (KV) oder im Detailhandel
  • Erste Erfahrung im Callcenter, Kundendialog, in der Kundenberatung oder im Kartengeschäft von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Sprachgewandtheit: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch oder Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools, Smartphones und modernen Zahlungslösungen
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität bezüglich Schichtarbeit
  • Einwandfreier Straf- und Betreibungsregisterauszug
