Im Auftrag unseres Kunden ? einem namhaften und äusserst erfolgreichen Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik & Facility Management? suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine lösungsorientierte und engagierte Fachperson für den Bereich Lüftung und Klima.

Unser Kunde betreut anspruchsvolle Liegenschaften im Grossraum Basel und bietet ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Objekten.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Betrieb & Instandhaltung: Du verantwortest die fachgerechte Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung von komplexen Lüftungs-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen vor Ort in Basel und Umgebung.
  • Störungsanalyse & Behebung: Du bist zuständig für die systematische Fehlersuche und rasche Behebung von Betriebsstörungen.
  • Gebäudeautomation (MSRL): Überwachung, Anpassung und Optimierung der HLK-Anlagen via modernes Gebäudeleitsystem (GLT) zur Sicherstellung der Energieeffizienz.
  • Umbau & Inbetriebnahme: Aktive Mitarbeit bei Modernisierungen, Nachrüstungen und Einregulierungen bestehender RLT-Anlagen.
  • Koordination: Du bist die kompetente Ansprechperson für Kundschaft, Mietparteien sowie Behörden und begleitest externe Fachfirmen bei ihren Einsätzen.
  • Pikettdienst: Turnusmässige Übernahme des Pikettdienstes (mit attraktiver Entschädigung).

Qualifikationen

Was du mitbringst

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) im HLK-Umfeld (z. B. Lüftungsanlagenbauer, Kältesystem-Monteur, Gebäudetechnikplaner Lüftung oder Heizungsinstallateur mit entsprechender Weiterbildung).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von raumlufttechnischen Anlagen (RLT) und Klimasystemen.
  • Fachkompetenz: Fundiertes Verständnis der Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik (MSRL) sowie Affinität für Gebäudeleitsysteme.
  • Sprachen & Mobilität: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B (zwingend).
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine selbstständige, kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Wohnsitz in der Region Basel / Nordwestschweiz (wichtig für kurze Interventionszeiten im Pikettfall).
