Job Title: HR Operations Assistant (Temporary, 3-Month Contract) Department: HR Operations (Switzerland Region) Duration: 3 Months (October – December) Stipend/Compensation: [₹25,000 per month]

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary HR Operations Assistant to support our Switzerland regional team for a 3-month period. The primary focus of this role is to manage and ensure the accurate transfer of employee absenteeism and leave data between our primary HR platform and legacy system Rexx.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction & Entry: Regularly extract employee absenteeism and leave data from Workday.
  • System Updating: Accurately input and maintain this data within our legacy HR system (Rexx).
  • Quality Assurance: Cross-check entries between both systems to ensure 100% data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Confidentiality: Handle all employee data with the highest level of discretion and compliance with regional data protection standards.
  • General Support: Provide basic administrative support to the Switzerland HR Ops team as needed to clear pending transaction backlogs (if required).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or HR operations.
  • High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms; prior experience with Workday is highly preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate legacy systems (training on Rexx will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Available to commit to the full 3-month contract duration.
