Onze winkel in Merksplas zoekt een jobstudent charcuterie (2-wekelijks zondag 7u-13u) zonder klantenbediening. Als zelfstandige jobstudent charcuterie werk je achter de schermen aan toogopstart, versnijding en mise-en-place. Wil jij als jobstudent charcuterie aan de slag binnen ons team in Merksplas?   • Steevast beschikbaar voor de vroege shift op zondagvoormiddag van 7:00 tot 13:00 uur (2-wekelijks)
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor voedselveiligheid (HACCP) en een scherp oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd een to-dolijst kunnen afwerken
  • Fysieke paraatheid om stevig door te werken op drukke ochtenden
  • Vaardigheden in retail
  • Toogopstart verzorgen: opbouwen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van de versafdeling vóór winkelopening
  • Stock nakijken en de nodige aanvullingen doen via gericht voorraadbeheer
  • Verse mise-en-place voorzien door smeersalades vers te maken en bij te vullen volgens vaste recepturen
  • Nauwkeurig en hygiënisch versnijden van charcuterie en kazen
  • Verpakken en etiketteren: klaargemaakte producten hygiënisch verpakken met de juiste prijs- en ingrediëntenlabels
  • Zorgen dat alles tijdens de shift tijdig aangevuld blijft achter de schermen
