Voor een wereldspeler in de logistieke sector is er een unieke kans voor een ambitieuze junior om de carriere een vliegende start te geven. Binnen deze rol wordt er geopereerd vanuit een centrale Control Tower-omgeving. Dit is de spil waar klanten, internationale operaties en transportsystemen samenkomen om complexe Europese logistieke stromen feilloos te laten verlopen.

Achtergrond: Je bent een bachelor of master met een vergelijkbare logistieke/analytische achtergrond.

Je hebt maximaal 6 maanden ervaring.

Je geraakt vlot tot in Desteldonk.

Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (internationale werkomgeving). Kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.

Analytisch & Systeemsterk: Een scherp oog voor detail, een proactieve houding en sterke affiniteit met systemen en data-handling (zoals Excel of ERP-systemen).

Competenties: Communicatief ijzersterk, stressbestendig, in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving en een echte teamplayer.

Als Junior Customer Service Specialist wordt er direct impact gemaakt op de supply chain van grote internationale klanten:

  • Accountbeheer: Het beheren van een portfolio van 2 tot 3 internationale key accounts binnen de Control Tower.
  • Europese coordinatie: Het overzien van transportstromen op Europees niveau en het nauw schakelen met operationele teams in verschillende landen.
  • Monitoring & Actie: Het proactief opvolgen van de planning, ingrijpen bij operationele knelpunten en zorgen dat zendingen volgens afspraak worden geleverd.
  • Escalatiemanagement: Het professioneel afhandelen van complexere vraagstukken en het onderhouden van sterke communicatielijnen met de klant en het Europees management.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Het analyseren van logistieke processen en dataflows om verbeteringen te identificeren in planningen en systeemintegraties (zoals EDI en klantsystemen).
