In deze functie geniet je van veel flexibiliteit: zowel een voltijdse als deeltijdse invulling is bespreekbaar, net als een tijdelijke opdracht of een vaste aanstelling met het oog op een langetermijnsamenwerking.

Jouw profiel:

  • Diploma & Erkenningsnummer: Je beschikt over een master in de Kinesitherapie en een geldig RIZIV-nummer (of bent in het bezit van de nodige erkenningen om meteen te starten).
  • Flexibel & Gedreven: Je bent per direct of op korte termijn beschikbaar (ASAP).
  • Patientgericht: Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, luistert actief en bouwt snel een vertrouwensband op met patienten.
  • Zelfstandig & Teamplayer: Je kunt vlot zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt graag met collega's.
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt gezien de kustregio.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het uitvoeren van kinesitherapeutische onderzoeken en het opstellen van een behandelplan op maat.
  • Toepassen van diverse behandelingstechnieken (o.a. manuele therapie, revalidatie en oefentherapie).
  • Begeleiden en motiveren van patienten tijdens hun herstelproces.
  • Bijhouden van het digitaal patientendossier en correct opvolgen van de administratie.
  • Overleggen met collega's en eventuele andere zorgverleners voor een optimale patientenzorg.
