Ben jij een ervaren kok die houdt van koken in grote volumes, maar heb je genoeg van de avond- en weekenduren in de klassieke horeca? Dan is deze kans geknipt voor jou! Voor een gerenommeerde speler in de voedingsproductie zijn we per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste Kok met een passie voor grootkeuken en grote volumes. In deze functie combineer je jouw ambachtelijke vakkennis met structuur en regelmaat. Bovendien krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een leidende, coordinerende kracht binnen het productieteam.

  • Relevante ervaring in een grootkeuken, centrale keuken, voedingsproductie of cateringbedrijf (bijv. scholencatering).
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt).
  • Geen moeite met een vroege opstart (tussen 05:00u en 06:00u).
  • Een pragmatische, zelfstandige instelling en de wil om initiatief te nemen.
  • Geen gastronomische achtergrond, maar sterke affiniteit met volume-bereidingsprocessen.
  • Bereiden van diverse gerechten en halffabrikaten op schaal, met behoud van de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bewaken van de planning, versheid en strakke opvolging van recepturen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en voorraadcontroles in het magazijn en de koelcellen.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en op termijn aansturen van collega-productiemedewerkers.
  • Garanderen van strikte hygiëne en orde op jouw afdeling.
