Voor ons hoogwaardig productiebedrijf in de voeding zijn we dringend op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren Kok Productie / Grootkeuken om ons team te versterken. In deze functie sta je dagelijks mee in voor het bereiden van verse maaltijden en kwalitatieve bereidingen in grote volumes. Je werkt in een gestructureerde dagomgeving van maandag tot vrijdag, wat betekent dat je geniet van een optimale werk-privébalans zonder weekendwerk. Onze klant zoekt een enthousiaste professional die op termijn wil meegroeien naar een coordinerende rol en samen met een ervaren team borg staat voor absolute topkwaliteit.

  • Je hebt een aantoonbare eerste ervaring opgedaan in een grootkeuken, bij een gelijkaardig voedingsproductiebedrijf of binnen de catering voor scholengroepen/grote volumes. (Let op: een puur gastronomische achtergrond komt niet in aanmerking).
  • Je beschikt over een goeie kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent een vroege vogel die graag opstart tussen 5u en 6u 's morgens.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en bent stressbestendig bij piekperiodes.
  • Je hebt ambitie en interesse om op termijn een coordinerende rol binnen de productie op je te nemen.
  • Zelfstandig bereiden van maaltijden en bereidingen volgens vaste recepturen en de productieplanning.
  • Bewaken van smaak, versheid, kwaliteit en de correcte afwerking van de producten.
  • Beheren van de voorraad, het opvolgen van de frigo's en de grondstoffen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, schone en HACCP-conforme werkomgeving.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en stapsgewijs opnemen van coordinerende taken.
