  • VG.458/BUOSAP
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in de metaalsector en het feilloos kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen.
  • Zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding, met de flexibiliteit om goed te presteren in teamverband en onder druk.
  • Kennis van het correct instellen en bedienen van apparatuur en machines; ervaring met CNC- of robotgestuurde systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid, normering en het bewaken van de algemene productiemethode.
  • Gestructureerde aanpak van werkzaamheden gecombineerd met de bereidheid om continu nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Het verrichten van verbindingstechnieken en metaalbewerking op uiteenlopende technische componenten
  • Het maatziver aftekenen, samenstellen en fixeren van constructies voorafgaand aan de verwerking
  • Het afstellen en afstemmen van de benodigde apparatuur en verwerkingsinstellingen
  • Het bewerken en opleveren van onderdelen aan de hand van werktekeningen en specificaties
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en maatvoeringscontroles op de opgeleverde stukken
  • Het vroegtijdig opsporen en verhelpen van technische knelpunten of afwijkingen in het proces
  • Het ondersteunen van het basisonderhoud en de eerstelijnszorg voor het machinepark
  • Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van relevante kwaliteits- en voortgangsrapportages
