Wir suchen einen motivierten "Lead Planning & Operations (AVOR/PPS)"

mit Verantwortungsbereich Spreitenbach.

Aufgaben, die auf dich zukommen könnten:

? Führung und Sicherstellung einer kundenorientierten, qualitativ einwandfreien, termingerechten und kosteneffizienten Abwicklung der Kundenaufträge inkl. Fakturierung

? Führen der Abteilung AVOR mit angemessenem Ressourceneinsatz und Optimierung der Serviceleistung der Mitarbeitenden

? Produktionsplanung (Grob- und Feinplanung) inkl. Erstellung des Wochenplans mit Fertigungsaufträgen sowie der Warendisposition

? Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft beim gesamten Auftragsvorbereitungsprozess

? Kundenbetreuung und Korrespondenz inkl. Erstellen von Standardkalkulationen sowie Offerten

? Mutationswesen, Stammdatenpflege, Projektmitarbeit & interne Prozessdokumente erstellen

? Weiterentwicklung des PPS-Systems und Optimierung der Produktionsplanungs- und Steuerungsprozesse

? Stetige Verbesserung der Lagerbestände und Reduktion des gebundenen Kapitals sowie standortübergreifende Synergien nutzen

? Key-User für WMS und PPS im Bereich AVOR/Planung/Produktion

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

Ausbildung: Kaufmännische oder Logistische Grundausbildung (EFZ), Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann/Betriebstechniker/Supply Chain Mgr. oder gleichwertig

Berufserfahrung: / 5 Jahre, in AVOR/Planung bzw. Produktion

Führungserfahrung: / 3 Jahre

Sprachen: Deutsch (C1/C2), Englisch (mind. B2), weitere Sprachen (F/I) von Vorteil

Systeme: PPS von Vorteil Abacus, WMS, MS Office Palette und ausgeprägte IT-Affinität

Persönlichkeit:
