Deine Gestaltungsräume & Aufgaben

In dieser Schlüsselposition berichtest du direkt an den CEO und übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische wie operative HR-Arbeit. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung prägst du die Zukunft und Kultur des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

  • Führung & Strategie: Sparringspartner:in für den CEO und das Management-Team; Ausrichtung der HR-Strategie an den Unternehmenszielen sowie Führung und Entwicklung des HR-Teams.
  • Kultur & Transformation: Aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen, Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenskultur und Stärkung des Employer Brandings.
  • Organisationsentwicklung: Initiierung und Begleitung innovativer HR-Projekte sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und -Instrumenten.
  • Beratung & Coaching: Kompetente Anlaufstelle für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei sämtlichen arbeitsrechtlichen und personellen Fragestellungen.
  • Berufsbildung: Gesamtverantwortung für das Lernenden-System sowie Unterstützung der Berufsbildner:innen im Betrieb.
  • HR-Operations & Payroll: Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen HR-Administration, Betreuung des Sozialversicherungswesens und Schnittstellenverantwortung bei der Lohnverarbeitung.

Qualifikationen

  • Fundierte Qualifikation: Höhere Fachausbildung im HR-Bereich (z. B. HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit Weiterbildung zum/zur HR-Leiter:in oder FH/Uni-Abschluss).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer HR-Leitungsfunktion, vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen KMU-Umfeld.
  • Transformation & Strategie: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie ein stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Expertise: Solide Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht sowie im Sozialversicherungswesen; Erfahrung im Bereich Berufsbildung von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Beratungsstark, empathisch, lösungs- und umsetzungsorientiert mit natürlicher Autorität und hoher Sozialkompetenz.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist ein Plus.
