The posting

Zorg jij ervoor dat duizenden abonnees hun krant stipt bij het ochtendgloren in de bus vinden? Als Local Quality Operator ben jij tijdens de nachtelijke uren de spilfiguur in onze logistieke keten. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit op onze regionale distributiepunten (sub-hubs) in regio Antwerpen, stuurt externe transporteurs aan en schakelt razendsnel bij onverwachte uitdagingen.

Wie ben jij?

Ervaring: Je bent een nachtmens; eerdere werkervaring in de nachtelijke uren of een logistieke omgeving is een sterke troef.

Talenkennis: Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, een goeie basis Frans is een groot pluspunt voor de communicatie met externe chauffeurs en partners.

Profiel: No-nonsense mentaliteit, hands-on ingesteld en stressbestendig bij ad-hoc problemen.

Digitale vaardigheden: Je werkt vlot met MS Office (voornamelijk Excel) en leert snel omgaan met interne IT-toepassingen.

Rijbewijs & mobiliteit: Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B. Je verplaatst je tijdens de nacht zelfstandig tussen de verschillende distributiepunten in regio Antwerpen (en sporadisch naar Limburg of Vlaams-Brabant als back-up).

Uurrooster :

Voltijds uurrooster 37u per week gedurende 5 nachten per week van maandag tot en met zaterdag volgens de volgende uurrooster in het volgende rotatieschema:

Maandag : 01u00-08u54

Dinsdag : 01u00-08u54

Woensdag : 01u00-08u54

Donderdag : 01u00-08u54

Vrijdag : 01u00-08u54

Zaterdag : 01u00-08u54

Zondag : rustdag

Uw 2e rustdag valt op maandag van week 1, dinsdag van week 2, woensdag van week 3, donderdag van week 4, vrijdag van week 5 en zaterdag van week 6.

Wat ga je doen?

Kwaliteitsbewaking & SLA-opvolging: Je bezoekt 's nachts de sub-hubs, controleert of de krantenbedeling volgens de kwaliteitsnormen (SLA's) verloopt en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Operationele problem solving: Vertragingen, overschotten of tekorten aan kranten of bijlagen los je direct op. Waar nodig organiseer je extra ritten of verschuivingen met transporteurs.

Aanspreekpunt voor externe partners: Je onderhoudt constructief contact met de leidinggevenden van externe transportfirma's en adviseert hen over procesverbeteringen.

Controles & audits: Je voert systematisch verplichte controles en (on)aangekondigde audits uit op het gebied van sociale wetgeving en veiligheid, conform de richtlijnen van het transportdepartement.

Klachtenanalyse & root cause tracking: Binnenkomende klachten volg je binnen 48 uur op via de interne beheertool. Je analyseert dagelijkse rapportages en gaat indien nodig zelf ter plaatse op onderzoek uit (bv. meerijden met een ronde of een afleveradres controleren).

Ondersteuning facturatie: Je controleert dagelijks de operationele parameters (zoals het aantal effectief beleverde adressen) ter voorbereiding van een correcte facturatie.

Noodplannen & hands-on mentaliteit: Bij calamiteiten (slecht weer, IT-storingen, etc.) coordineer je het noodplan en steek je indien nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

Rapportering & continue verbetering: Je brengt dagelijks gestructureerd verslag uit aan je leidinggevende, deelt best practices en denkt mee over procesoptimalisaties.

Wat bieden wij?

Contract: Bepaalde duur van 6 maanden met reële kans op verlenging.

Verloning: Marktconform salarispakket volgens PC 200 (Klasse C), berekend op basis van je volledige opgebouwde beroepservaring.

Nachtpremie: 20% toeslag op alle gewerkte uren tussen 23:00 en 06:00.

Functiewagen: Bedrijfswagen met laadpas, inclusief privégebruik (onder voordeel alle aard).

Extralegale voordelen:

Maaltijdcheques van € 10 per gewerkte dag.

Netto thuiswerkvergoeding van € 50 per maand.
