In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition sorgst du für die maximale Verfügbarkeit des Maschinenparks und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse. Deine Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung & Störungsbehebung: Selbstständige Diagnose, Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Peripheriegeräten sowie Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen.
  • Fehleranalyse & Eskalationsmanagement: Interdisziplinäre und strukturierte Fehlersuche im Team bei Anlagestörungen zur nachhaltigen Lösungsfindung sowie wichtige Ansprechperson beim 2nd Level Support für die gesamten Produktionsanlagen.
  • Prävention & Optimierung: Aufzeigen von Potenzialen bei der Ersatzteilhaltung sowie der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung (mechanisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch) und aktives Mitwirken bei KVP-Massnahmen und Projekten.
  • Partnerkoordination: Fachkundige Koordination und Begleitung von externen Dienstleistern und Servicepartnern vor Ort.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Mechaniker:in, Polymechaniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Weiterbildung: Weiterbildung nach NIV Art. 15 sowie zum/zur Instandhaltungsfachmann/-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung innerhalb eines modernen Produktionsumfelds.
  • Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Belastbare, flexibel agierende Team-Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Pikettbereitschaft: Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze während den regulären Produktionszeiten (keine Nacht- und Wochenendeinsätze).
