Als Orderpicker met doorgroeipotentieel start je met een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer. Je leert de producten en processen van A tot Z kennen om vervolgens via de rol van assistent-verantwoordelijke op termijn door te groeien naar Nachtverantwoordelijke.

Brugge | Voltijds | Nachtwerk | Doorgroeifunctie

  • Diploma: Hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Talen: Perfect tweetalig Nederlands / Frans.
  • PC-kennis: Gevorderde computervaardigheden.
  • Attitude: Hands-on mentaliteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het potentieel om een team aan te sturen.

Fase 1: Orderpicker (opleiding)

  • Bestellingen samenstellen: Samenstellen van bestellingen voor horeca en viswinkels op basis van instructies.
  • Systeeminvoer: Gewichten ingeven op een touch-screen via interne maatsoftware (geen scanning, geen heftruckwerk).
  • Diversen: Receptie van inkomende goederen en algemene ondersteuning in een koude/vochtige werkomgeving.

Fase 2: Nachtverantwoordelijke (na doorgroei)

  • Organisatie & planning: Werkverdeling maken, bestellingen verwerken (via voicemail en e-mail), en leverbonnen en routelijsten printen.
  • Operationeel beheer: Problemen oplossen op de werkvloer, meehelpen waar nodig en zorgen dat vrachtwagens en camionettes tijdig vertrekken.
  • Team & coaching: Nieuwe medewerkers opleiden, het team motiveren en de kwaliteit bewaken.
