Als Nestlé-Verkäufer (m/w/d)

Teilen Sie Ihre Expertise und Ihre Leidenschaft für die Marken der Nestlé-Gruppe, indem Sie jeden Tag ein einladendes und professionelles Einkaufserlebnis schaffen. Als Botschafter/in für den Nestlé Shop bewerben und verkaufen Sie eine breite Produktpalette, die von beliebten Klassikern bis hin zu den neuesten Innovationen reicht.

Als erster Kontaktpunkt garantieren Sie einen tadellosen Service. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Beratung und Verkauf: Sie empfehlen, präsentieren und verkaufen die Produkte der verschiedenen Nestlé-Marken , um optimal auf die Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen.
  • Verkostung: Sie beleben den Shop, indem Sie Kunden dazu einladen, Produktneuheiten bei Verkostungen zu entdecken.
  • Lagerverwaltung: Sie verwalten Bestellungen, nehmen Lieferungen entgegen und stellen die ständige Verfügbarkeit der Produkte in den Regalen sicher.
  • Merchandising: Sie sorgen für eine perfekte Präsentation der Verkaufsfläche und eine attraktive Gestaltung der Displays.
  • Logistik und Handhabung: Sie übernehmen das regelmässige Auffüllen der Bestände (dies beinhaltet das Bewegen von Lasten, insbesondere von Getränkekisten).
  • Administration: Sie sind verantwortlich für den Kassiervorgang und die tägliche administrative Betreuung des Shops.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung: Sie bringen Erfahrung im Direktverkauf oder im Bereich der schnelllebigen Konsumgüter (FMCG / Detailhandel) mit.
  • Sprachen: Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Körperliche Verfassung: Eine gute körperliche Konstitution ist für diese Position unerlässlich, da das regelmässige Handling und Bewegen von Waren und Getränkepaketen Teil der Arbeit ist.
  • Soft Skills: Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamgeist, eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Proaktivität und Integrität aus.
