Für ein marktführendes Familienunternehmen im Bereich Facility Services suchen wir in der Region Zihlschlacht (sowie für zwei Pflegeheime) eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit. Liebst Du es, in einer dynamischen Umgebung Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Suchst Du eine Kaderposition, in der Du Dein grosses Team leiten und Prozesse im Gesundheitswesen flexibel mitgestalten kannst? Dann suchen wir genau Dich als:

Objektleiter\*in Santé (m/w/d) 80?100%

* Operative Verantwortung für die Support-Dienstleistungen bei Kunden im Gesundheitswesen (inkl. Budget)

* Führung, Förderung und selbstständige Rekrutierung eines Teams von ca. 55 Mitarbeitenden

* Sicherstellung der hohen Dienstleistungsqualität sowie der strengen Hygienerichtlinien

* Pflege des ständigen Kundenkontakts und erste Ansprechperson für fachtechnische Fragen

* Planung, Organisation und Optimierung sämtlicher Arbeitsabläufe inkl. Materialverwaltung

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hauswirtschaft, Reinigung oder im Facility Management mit (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen/Hotellerie)
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung, Organisationstalent und eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Mentalität
  • Du bist bereit, die zeitliche Flexibilität dieser Kaderfunktion (1. Kaderstufe, 42.5 Stunden/Woche) zu leben, was eine 24/7-Erreichbarkeit sowie gelegentliche Abendbesuche bei Deinen Reinigungsmitarbeitenden beinhaltet
  • Du besitzt zwingend den Führerschein der Kategorie B und ein eigenes Auto
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
