Als productieoperator vullijnen speel je een cruciale rol in ons ultramoderne productieproces. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve werkomgeving waarin teamgeest en kwaliteit centraal staan. In deze gevarieerde functie als productieoperator vullijnen werk je in een 2-ploegenstelsel en ben je zowel op de heftruck als aan de afvullijnen te vinden. Zoek je een afwisselende rol als machineoperator, inpakoperator of procesoperator? Dan is deze uitdaging als productieoperator vullijnen precies wat je zoekt!

Opleiding en ervaring:

  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (bijvoorbeeld als machinebediener, verpakkingsoperator, productiemedewerker of heftruckchauffeur). Ervaring in de voedingssector is een mooie plus.

Vaardigheden:

  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden en een echte teamplayer die ook uitstekend zelfstandig kan functioneren.

Specifieke vereisten:

  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • In het bezit van een heftruckattest (of sterke feeling met rollend materiaal en de bereidheid dit attest te behalen).
  • Flexibel ingesteld ten opzichte van werkinhoud en bereid om fysiek de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (5u00 - 13u10 / 13u00 - 21u10).
  • Logistieke ondersteuning (ca. 70%): Besturen van de vorkheftruck voor een vlotte aan- en afvoer van paletten en big bags naar de vullijnen.
  • Bediening & afvulling (ca. 30%): Als productieoperator vullijnen vul je big bags af en voer je strikte kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Allround procesbeheer: Bij afwezigheid van je collega-operator vullijnen of procesoperator stuur je zelfstandig de zakkenvullijn en bigbag-installatie aan.
  • Onderhoud & hygiene: Uitvoeren van periodieke reinigingstaken in de vulinstallatie en productietoren volgens de geldende hygiene-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
