Onze klant in Bilzen is een gespecialiseerd bedrijf binnen de metaalsector. Zij staan in voor het maatwerk van plooi-, knip- en afwerkingsprofielen (zoals dakranden, venster- en deurdetailleringen) voor zusterbedrijven en externe aannemers in de bouw. Ter uitbreiding van hun hechte team van vier collega's zoeken zij een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde nieuwe collega.

  • Aanpakkersmentaliteit: Je bent niet bang om je handen vuil te maken en leert graag bij op de werkvloer.
  • Achtergrond: Ervaring in de bouw of de metaalbewerking is een mooie plus, maar gedreven schoolverlaters of gemotiveerde zij-instromers zijn eveneens van harte welkom.
  • Leergierig: Je krijgt alle nodige tijd en begeleiding om het vak intern aan te leren (dit opleidingstraject duurt enkele maanden).

In het atelier ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het klaarmaken van de metaalplaten voor diverse bouwprojecten.

  • Bedienen van machines: Je plaatst platen in de machines voor het plooien en knippen van profielen.
  • Fysiek werk & tillen: Aangezien het om metalen platen voor de bouw gaat, schrik je er niet van terug om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en af en toe zwaarder materiaal te heffen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je zorgt ervoor dat elk afgewerkt profiel voldoet aan de nodige specificaties voor transport naar de werven.
  • Intern overleg: Je werkt nauw samen met je teamleden in het atelier om de dagelijkse planning vlot te laten verlopen.
