The posting

Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de technologische sector en beveiligingssystemen, gevestigd in Erembodegem, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar drie gemotiveerde Planners. In deze rol word je de spilfiguur tussen onze professionele klanten, particulieren en een team van servicetechniekers. Wegens sterke groei breiden we het team uit op drie verschillende, gespecialiseerde afdelingen: Security (onderhoud van camera- en alarmsystemen), Branddetectie (onderhoud van brandcentrales) en Sprinklersystemen. Je start op uitzendbasis, maar met een reële en snelle optie op een vast contract na een positieve evaluatieperiode. Heb jij een commerciële drive, een gezonde dosis energie en hou je ervan om puzzels op te lossen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en houdt van veelvuldig telefonisch contact.

  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis van België, zodat je vlot en logisch routes kunt uitstippelen en snel kunt schakelen bij onvoorziene wijzigingen of annulaties.
  • Je bent uiterst klantgericht, denkt in oplossingen en brengt een positieve, dynamische energie mee naar het team.
  • Ervaring in een callcenter, een customer service/klantenondersteunende functie of een logistieke planning is een sterke troef.
  • Heb je een technische achtergrond en wil je de overstap maken naar een kantoorfunctie? Ook dan ben je van harte welkom.
  • Technische kennis is geen strikte must, de juiste attitude en motivatie zijn voor ons belangrijker.
  • Je bent vlot tweetalig (Nederlands met een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans, of omgekeerd).

Het dagelijks opmaken, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de planning voor de techniekers op de baan.

  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten (zowel B2B als particulieren) voor het inplannen en bevestigen van onderhoudsafspraken.
  • Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de techniekers bij vragen of wijzigingen tijdens hun route.
  • Snel en efficiënt anticiperen op dringende interventies, annulaties of planningwijzigingen om de servicegraad te garanderen.
  • Administratieve opvolging en verwerking van de uitgevoerde opdrachten in het bedrijfssysteem.
