  • Optimalisatie: Processen verbeteren, KPI's behalen en onderhoud inplannen met de Technische Dienst.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt minimaal over een A2-diploma en hebt al enkele jaren relevante ervaring als leidinggevende (bijvoorbeeld als teamleider, ploegchef of brigadier). Ervaring binnen de metaalsector of zware industrie is een sterke extra troef.
  • Kennis & Skills: Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht in de operationele procesorganisatie. Je bent pc-vaardig en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met SAP.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een rasechte teamplayer, contactvaardig en stressbestendig. Je werkt nauwkeurig, planmatig en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Attesten: Je bent bereid om waar nodig de nodige interne opleidingen te volgen of brevetten te behalen voor het besturen van machines en materialen.
  • Leidinggeven & Coachen: Je stuurt een team van logistieke medewerkers aan, deelt hen dagelijks efficiënt in binnen het productieproces en zorgt dat hun opleidingsniveau en attesten op peil blijven.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je bewaakt de operationele KPI's nauwgezet en denkt proactief mee over het continu verbeteren en optimaliseren van de logistieke en productieprocessen.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Je ziet streng toe op de naleving van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften en stemt technisch onderhoud af met de Technische Dienst.
