Polymechaniker (m/w) Deine Aufgaben:

  • Anlagenverfügbarkeit: Sie stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb der Produktionsanlagen sicher und minimieren Stillstände.
  • Technik & Präzision: Sie rüsten Anlagen um, fahren diese ein und beheben Störungen mit geschultem Blick für Details.
  • Instandhaltung: Wartungen und Revisionen gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Alltag wie die handwerkliche Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen (Fräsen, Bohren, Drehen, Polieren).
  • Prozessoptimierung: Sie identifizieren Potenziale zur Steigerung der Produktivität und setzen Qualitätsstandards aktiv um.
  • Wissenstransfer: Sie schulen das Team in der Bedienung und Wartung unserer Montageautomaten und begleiten neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Einarbeitung.

Qualifikationen

  • Basis: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechaniker oder Polymechaniker mit fundierter Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld.
  • Expertise: Versierter Umgang mit Bearbeitungstechniken (Drehen/Fräsen) sowie ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen bei technischen Defekten.
  • Soft Skills: Sie sind ein durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer, der auch in hektischen Phasen belastbar bleibt und durch Zuverlässigkeit überzeugt.
  • Flexibilität: Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Digitales & Sprache: Solide PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
