Für unsere Kunden, etablierte und erfolgreiche Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Maschinenbau / Hydraulik / Spezialfertigung, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des motivierten Teams eine exakt arbeitende und selbstständige Fachkraft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von konventionellen Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen.
  • Fertigung von anspruchsvollen Einzelteilen, Unikaten, Prototypen und Kleinserien.
  • Bearbeitung von Grosskomponenten und komplexen Werkstücken nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätsprüfung und Masskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile.
  • Allgemeine Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den zugewiesenen Maschinen.

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z.B. als Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, konventioneller Dreher/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
  • Zwingend ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der konventionellen Zerspanung, idealerweise mit starkem Fokus auf die Einzelteilfertigung.
  • Sicheres und routiniertes Lesen von komplexen Konstruktionszeichnungen.
  • Sie sind ein Macher-Typ mit einer selbstständigen, speditiven und äusserst präzisen Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein hohes Mass an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
