The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende bedrijvengroep, gespecialiseerd in technologische dienstverlening, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven preventieadviseur (niveau 2). In deze rol maak je deel uit van het SHEQ-team en werk je vanuit de vestigingen in Gent en Hamme. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle vraagstukken rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu voor zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden. Je volgt de wetgeving op de voet, adviseert de verantwoordelijken binnen de productieafdelingen en bouwt samen met leidinggevenden en collega's actief aan een gedragen, bewuste veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en hebt ervaring met veiligheids- en milieutaken.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van en ervaring met managementsystemen zoals VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001.
  • Je bent toegankelijk, sterk in je schoenen en beschikt over uitstekende coaching skills.
  • Je werkt pragmatisch, ondernemend en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Wetgeving & rapportage: Je volgt de wetgeving rond welzijn en milieu op, implementeert deze en ziet toe op de naleving. Je stelt het jaaractieplan en globaal preventieplan op en onderhoudt de contacten met keuringsinstanties, de arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst en de externe preventiedienst.
  • Coaching & preventie: Je coacht collega's en leidinggevenden in een productieomgeving om veilig gedrag te stimuleren en te verankeren.
  • Risicoanalyses: Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen, evalueren en actualiseren van risicoanalyses.
  • Administratie & opvolging: Je houdt alle relevante en noodzakelijke registraties nauwgezet bij.
  • Kennisontwikkeling: Je houdt je vakkennis continu op peil door het volgen van bijscholingen, opleidingen en seminaries.
