Als procesoperator in Merchtem draag je direct bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige roomproducten. Voor onze klant, een internationaal familiebedrijf met een sterke passie voor zuivel, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een combinatie van beeldschermwerk en hands-on procesbeheer binnen een moderne productie-omgeving.

  • Ervaring met het bedienen van geautomatiseerde processen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00) en/of weekenden (38u/week).
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio van Merchtem.
  • Goed procestechnisch inzicht om storingen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Hoge mate van zorgvuldigheid, nauwkeurigheid en zin voor orde, hygiëne en kwaliteit.
  • Zelfstandigheid om binnen gestelde kwantitatieve kaders checks en werkzaamheden uit te voeren.
  • Een productieve instelling ("hands-on" mentaliteit).
  • Basiskennis van pc-gebruik voor de verwerking van kwantitatieve en administratieve gegevens.
  • Bedienen en bewaken van het volledige productieproces van ontvangst tot vullijnen, inclusief CIP-reiniging.
  • Bereiden van diverse recepturen met behulp van een standaardisatie-set.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van het proces; bijsturen bij afwijkingen.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van omstellingen, bijstellingen en het verhelpen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Administratief vastleggen van de productiegegevens op de pc.
  • Nauw samenwerken en communiceren met collega's en de technische dienst.
