Start direct als productiemedewerker in Meer (Hoogstraten) vanaf €15,30 per uur plus ploegenpremie en groei snel door naar de rol van operator waarbij je loon stijgt.

Als productiemedewerker ben jij de motor achter de productie van hoogwaardig glaswerk. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Je start op oproepbasis om alle kneepjes van het vak te leren, met een duidelijk perspectief op een vast contract en een promotie naar operator bij een goede match.

Wie zoeken we voor deze vacature?

  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een productieomgeving en bent klaar voor de volgende stap.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vast 3-ploegensysteem (vroege, late en nacht).
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met het oog op de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om de locatie in Meer (Hoogstraten) vlot te bereiken.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om als productiemedewerker door te groeien.

Jouw takenpakket als productiemedewerker:

  • Samen met je team zorg je voor een vlekkeloze kwaliteitscontrole van het eindproduct.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte verpakking, zodat de klant de producten in topstaat ontvangt.
  • Je assisteert de ervaren krachten aan de lijn en leert zo de machines stap voor stap kennen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een propere en veilige werkplek waar iedereen zich prettig voelt.
