Für unseren Kunden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n verantwortungsbewusste:n und organisationsstarke:n Projektleiter:in Elektroinstallationen. In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition hältst du die Fäden der elektrischen Infrastruktur fest in der Hand und sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Modernisierung der Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik. Deine Aufgaben

  • Infrastruktur & Instandhaltung: Sicherstellung des unterbruchfreien Betriebs der elektrischen Infrastruktur (Mittel- und Niederspannung) sowie Verantwortung für die Wartungsplanung, Instandhaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierungen.
  • Projekt- & Fremdfirmensteuerung: Disposition, Koordination und Qualitätsüberwachung externer Elektroinstallateure sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in der Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik.
  • Sicherheit & Compliance: Sicherstellung der Funktionstüchtigkeit aller Sicherheitsanlagen sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards, inklusive der Durchführung von Elektroinstallationskontrollen.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Wirkungsvolle Drehscheibenfunktion und enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Facility Management, Produktion, IT und externen Partnern.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Weiterbildung: Weiterbildung als Elektroprojektleiter:in Installation & Sicherheit, Elektrotechniker:in HF oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche Absolvieren zu wollen.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation mit fundierten Kenntnissen moderner Installationstechnik; Erfahrung in der Koordination externer Dienstleister und Projketen von Vorteil.
  • Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte, selbstständige und organisationsstarke Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an einer vielseitigen Funktion.
