Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsabwicklung: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des gesamten Bestell- und Auftragsprozesses von der Erfassung bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Kompetente und freundliche Beratung der Kundschaft in der Deutschschweiz sowie schwerpunktmässig in der Westschweiz (telefonisch und schriftlich).
  • Offertwesen: Erstellung und Nachfassung von Angeboten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Aussendienst.
  • Reklamationsmanagement: Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Retouren mit Fokus auf kundenorientierte Lösungen.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Regelmässige Koordination mit internen Stellen wie Einkauf, Logistik, Buchhaltung und Produktmanagement.
  • Stammdatenpflege: Zuverlässige Pflege von Kunden-, Preis- und Artikeldaten im ERP-System.

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder im kaufmännischen Kundenservice.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Französisch auf C1?C2-Niveau (stilsicher und verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift); Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie fundierte Anwendererfahrung mit einem gängigen ERP-System (z. B. SAP, Abacus oder Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit auch in lebhaften Phasen.
