Hauptaufgaben:

  • Führen der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Zuständig für den Mahn- und Inkasso Bereich
  • Führung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Führen und Abstimmen der Bankkonten
  • Erstellung der Monats- , Quartals- sowie Jahresabschlüsse im Hauptbuch
  • Buchungen von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Erstellen der MwSt-Abrechnungen
  • Rückforderung der Verrechnungssteuer
  • Administrativen Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Von Vorteil Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich
  • Deutsch Muttersprache in Wort & Schrift
  • Französisch von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office
  • Von Vorteil Abacus Erfahrung
  • charismatische, dynamische, sehr zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Person
