Für unseren Talent Pool im Bereich Legal & Compliance suchen wir laufend qualifizierte Paralegals für renommierte Kanzleien und Unternehmen in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Aufgaben:

  • Juristischer Support: Aktive Unterstützung von Legal Counsels und Rechtsanwälten in nationalen sowie grenzüberschreitenden Rechtsfällen und Projekten.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Vorprüfung, Bereinigung und Entwurf von Standardverträgen (z. B. NDAs, Lieferanten- und Dienstleistungsverträge) sowie Führung von Vertragsdatenbanken.
  • Corporate Housekeeping: Vorbereitung von VR- und Generalversammlungsdokumenten, Koordination von Handelsregisteranmeldungen sowie Pflege von Unternehmensregistern.
  • Recherchen & Analysen: Selbstständige juristische Abklärungen zu Gesetzesnovellen, Präzedenzfällen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen.
  • Fristen- und Prozessüberwachung: Überwachung von Gerichts- und Behördenfristen, Betreuung von Dossiers sowie Korrespondenz mit Gerichten, Behörden und Klienten.
  • Transaktionsbegleitung: Mitwirkung bei Due-Diligence-Prüfungen, Zusammenstellung und Verwaltung virtueller Datenräume bei M&A-Prozessen.

Qualifikationen

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Bachelor of Law / BLaw) oder kaufmännische Grundbildung (E-/M-Profil) mit qualifizierter Weiterbildung (z. B. CAS Paralegal ZHAW/HSG oder Diplomierte/r Rechtsassistent/in).

* Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 1?2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Paralegal, Legal Assistant oder juristischer Sachbearbeiter in einer Schweizer Kanzlei, Rechtsabteilung oder einem Notariat.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2/Muttersprache) sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch (mindestens C1) im geschäftlichen und juristischen Kontext. Französischkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus.

* IT & Legal Tech: Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Programme sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dokumenten- und Vertragsmanagement-Tools (z. B. Iurio, Legisway, SAP oder SharePoint).

* Persönlichkeit: Hohe Diskretion, analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
