Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Specialist, Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise to support and manage end-to-end hiring operations. This role is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, driving process compliance, and providing reporting and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Audits & Process Management

  • Manage requisitions throughout the complete hiring lifecycle.
  • Perform Scheduling, Onboarding and Pep expediting audits.
  • Audit interview feedback to ensure compliance and process accuracy.
  • Process background check and requisition cancellations as required.
  • Deliver onboarding and process training for new team members.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding data and documentation.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports, including organizational charts and Line of Business (LOB) rosters, for leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in talent acquisition operations, hiring operations, HR operations, or a similar operational support role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Beeline, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
