En zoek je een rol met veel autonomie waarin je écht impact hebt op de toeleveringsketen? Dan is deze uitdaging als Stock Planner op de hoofdzetel in Hamme op jouw lijf geschreven!

  • Je hebt een economische, logistieke of administratieve achtergrond (of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring).
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, kritisch met betrekking tot data en houdt het hoofd koel bij strakke deadlines.
  • Je bent communicatief en onderhandelingsvaardig: je bouwt vlot een professionele band op met internationale en nationale leveranciers.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent een echte teamspeler ("samen de schouders eronder" past helemaal bij jou).
  • Een goede beheersing van het ERP-systeem en Excel is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

In deze spilfunctie ben jij dé architect achter een foutloze voorraad. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Product Development & Purchase Manager en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste goederen op het juiste moment, tegen de beste voorwaarden en in optimale hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Voorraad- en inkoopplanning: Je analyseert de noden, toetst bestelvoorstellen kritisch af en bewaakt nauwgezet de ijzeren voorraad en het serviceniveau.
  • Leveranciersrelaties & opvolging: Je onderhoudt vlot en constructief contact met leveranciers, volgt levertermijnen en transporten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Inkoopuitvoering & administratie: Je plaatst orders, volgt zendingen op van A tot Z en behandelt facturen, voorschotten of eventuele claims.
  • Kosten- & procesoptimalisatie: Je speurt proactief naar besparings- en efficiëntiekansen en denkt mee over het optimaliseren van het inkoopproces en de sales forecasting.
  • Rapportage & cross-functionele support: Met behulp van het ERP-systeem houd je data punctueel bij, stel je inkoop- en voorraadrapportages op en bied je ondersteuning aan collega-afdelingen.
