Via Randstad Permanent Placement solliciteer je rechtstreeks voor een onmiddellijk vast contract bij onze partner. Als storingstechnieker geautomatiseerde installaties kom je terecht in een hoogtechnologische en moderne productieomgeving in Erembodegem. Je versterkt het technische team en krijgt meteen de kans om mee te bouwen aan de betrouwbaarheid van een geavanceerd machinepark met spuitgietmachines. Dankzij de bemiddeling van Randstad kies je voor zekerheid vanaf dag één, zonder tussenstappen of proefperiodes. In Erembodegem krijg je de nodige autonomie om zelfstandig storingen aan te pakken en processen continu te optimaliseren.

Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt ervaring opgebouwd binnen een industriële productieomgeving.

Technische vakkennis: Je leest vlot elektrische schema's en hebt een grondige kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek, hydraulica en frequentieregelaars. Kennis van spuitgiettechnieken (injection moulding) en basis PLC-sturingen (Siemens, Schneider) is een sterke troef.

Persoonlijke vaardigheden: Je werkt autonoom en analytisch, communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, en bent bereid te werken in een ploegensysteem in Erembodegem.

Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen: Je spuurt elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische defecten op en voert dringende herstellingen uit om stilstanden te minimaliseren.

Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren: Je inspecteert machines en technische systemen op slijtage, vervangt onderdelen, stelt apparatuur af en controleert de veiligheidsvoorzieningen.

Registreren en verbeteren: Je legt interventies en diagnoses nauwkeurig vast in de Grease-it app, beheert de wisselstukken en adviseert engineering over betrouwbaarheidsverbeteringen.

Veiligheid en LOTO toepassen: Je past de LOTO-procedures (Lock out / Tag out / Try out) strikt toe en gebruikt de juiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.

Kennis delen en coachen: Je ondersteunt collega's, traint nieuwe teamleden op operationeel vlak en draagt bij aan een vlotte overdracht tijdens de ploegwissel.
