The posting

Voor een toonaangevende internationale groothandel en specialist in elektrotechnische materialen in de regio Aalst, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Magazijn (Brigadier).

Ze ondersteunen installateurs, bedrijven en industriële spelers met een uitgebreid assortiment van meer dan 55.000 artikelen en hoogwaardige logistieke diensten (zoals express leveringen, Click & Collect en rechtstreekse leveringen op de werf).

In deze functie ben je een spilfiguur in het magazijn: je zorgt voor een vlot, veilig en nauwkeurig verloop van alle goederenstromen. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en krijgt op termijn de kans om een volledige shift aan te sturen binnen een dynamische en innovatieve omgeving.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met het volgende profiel:

  • Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruck- en reachtruckattest, of je bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een ERP-systeem en logistieke magazijnprocessen.
  • Competenties: Je beschikt over een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit, werkt proactief en bent sterk oplossingsgericht.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je haalt energie uit administratieve nauwkeurigheid en correcte data-invoer.
  • Veiligheidsfocus: Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel op het vlak van veiligheid en ordening.

Als Teamleader Magazijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Logistiek beheer: Ontvangen, grondig controleren, correct opslaan en tijdig verzendklaar maken van goederen.
  • Administratieve verwerking: Nauwkeurig bijhouden van de voorraadadministratie en het invoeren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Waken over een georganiseerde, propere en veilige werkomgeving door het strikt naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Zorgen voor een correcte voorraadregistratie en het tijdig opmerken én signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Probleemoplossing & Optimalisatie: Uitdagingen op de werkvloer proactief aanpakken en meedenken over het efficiënter maken van de magazijnprocessen.
  • Teamaansturing (op termijn): Het begeleiden en aansturen van collega's binnen jouw shift.
