Ben jij een sterke peoplemanager met oog voor techniek, kwaliteit en veiligheid?

Voor een dynamisch bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleader laklijn die samen met het team zorgt voor een vlekkeloze productie in een tweeploegenstelsel.

Jouw rol als teamleader:

  • Je stuurt het team van productiemedewerkers aan, coacht hen op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe collega's.
  • Je staat in voor een efficiente werkverdeling, dagelijkse organisatie en de administratieve opvolging van operationele taken.
  • Je voert nauwkeurige procescontroles uit (zoals het meten van de lakdikte, pH-metingen, geleidbaarheid en krastesten) en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je detecteert en signaleert snel storingen aan machines, gebreken in de goederenbeweging of voorraadproblemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op vlak van rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast bewaak je streng de orde, netheid en de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je draagt open communicatie hoog in het vaandel door te overleggen met collega-teamleaders en te rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijken. Waar nodig steek je zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen aan de laklijn.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Minimaal een A2 diploma
  • Bereidheid om in ploegen te werken
  • Ervaring in leidinggeven is vereist
  • Goede organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden
  • Werkverdeling, opvolging en organisatie van het team
  • Detecteren van problemen in goederenbeweging, voorraad en machinewerking
  • Meedenken over procesverbetering op vlak van rendement, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Kwaliteitscontroles (lakdikte, PH-meting, geleidbaarheid, krasbestendigheid, ...)
  • Toezicht op veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Administratieve opvolging van operationele taken
  • Aansturen en coachen van medewerkers
  • Opleidingsbehoeften signaleren en instaan voor de integratie van nieuwe medewerkersOverleg met collega-teamleaders en rapporteren aan verantwoordelijken
  • Zelf meewerken aan de laklijn
