deine aufgaben

  • Betreuung der technischen Auftragsabwicklung von der Erfassung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Erstellung und Nachfassen von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei technischen Fragen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb
  • Abwicklung des Reklamationsmanagements sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Qualifikationen

* Technische Grundbildung mit erfolgreicher Weiterbildung zum Technischen Kaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erste Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und kaufmännischem Bereich * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und modernen ERP-Systemen Strukturierte, exakte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
