Du liebst fundierte Kundenberatung auf Augenhöhe statt anonymer Massenabfertigung? Du suchst geregelte Arbeitszeiten ohne Sonntagsverkäufe und schätzt echte Eigenverantwortung in einem exklusiven Store?

Für unseren Auftraggeber suchen wir per 01. Dezember 2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit für den Store im Herzen von Bern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstklassige Beratung: Du führst persönliche, bedarfsorientierte und vertrauensvolle Beratungsgespräche mit Privatkunden und begleitest sie bis zum Kaufabschluss.
  • Store-Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die Mitverantwortung für einen ansprechenden Markenauftritt, pflegst die Ausstellungsfläche und führst den Store zeitweise auch selbstständig.
  • Administration & Backoffice: Du erstellst Offerten, erfasst Aufträge im System, übernimmst die Kassenführung sowie den täglichen Kassenabschluss und kontrollierst Wareneingänge.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Du bist die freundliche, kompetente Ansprechperson bei telefonischen Anfragen und sorgst für ein rundum positives Kundenerlebnis.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Detailhandelsfachmann / Detailhandelsfachfrau EFZ.
  • Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Praxis im beratungsintensiven, hochwertigen Verkauf (z. B. Wohnen, Lifestyle, Premium-Konsumgüter).
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gepflegtes, gewinnendes Auftreten.
  • Sprachen: Stilsicheres Deutsch (C2/Muttersprache); Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.
