Over Randstad Permanent Placement

Via de afdeling Permanent Placement van Randstad solliciteer je rechtstreeks voor een onmiddellijk vast contract bij onze klant. Geen interimperiode of onzekerheid, maar meteen de vastheid, bescherming en voordelen van een vast contract bij een toonaangevende marktleider in regio Wetteren. Wij begeleiden je discreet van sollicitatie tot aanwerving.

Als werfleider elektrotechniek stuur je uitdagende projecten aan vanuit de hoofdzetel in Wetteren. Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding op de werf in eigen handen en vormt de cruciale schakel tussen de projectmanager en de uitvoering. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en leiderschap stuur je monteurs en onderaannemers efficiënt aan. Je bewaakt de planning, de veiligheid en de hoge kwaliteitsafwerking op de site. Je krijgt ruime autonomie en de kans om te werken met de nieuwste materialen en technologieën binnen een groeiend en dynamisch bedrijf waar elke medewerker telt.

Opleiding & Kennis: Je beschikt over een diploma A1/A2 in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica of elektrotechniek) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring & Competenties: Je hebt ervaring in de sector en kan technische plannen vlot lezen. Je bent een geboren leider, communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.

Talen & Praktisch: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om je vlot te verplaatsen vanuit Wetteren.

Je coordineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf en stuurt eigen monteurs en onderaannemers aan.

Je staat in voor de werkvoorbereiding, de praktische organisatie en het materiaalbeheer op de locatie.

Je volgt de technische uitvoering nauwgezet op, bewaakt de veiligheid en grijpt tijdig in bij knelpunten.

Je steekt waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen bij het plaatsen van kabelgoten, verdeelkasten en verlichting.

Je verzorgt de werfadministratie en rapporteert transparant over de voortgang aan de projectmanager.
