Pro významnou českou společnost, která patří ke stabilním lídrům na českém trhu v oblasti zakázkové výroby reklamních předmětů, korporátního textilu a merchandisingu, hledáme dravého a zkušeného obchodníka.

Společnost disponuje vlastním rozsáhlým výrobním a technologickým zázemím (kompletní branding, tiskové i vyšívací technologie). To dává obchodu obrovskou konkurenční výhodu – klientovi dokážete zaštítit celý proces od grafického návrhu přes samotnou výrobu až po skladování a logistiku. V portfoliu mají největší FMCG brandy, telco operátory i státní sektor.

Jednatel společnosti teď posouvá tým a hledá k sobě skutečného seniora a dravce z oboru, kterému svěří část stávajícího portfolia, ale hlavně mu dá volnou ruku v akvizici.

  • farming i akvizice: převezmeš péči o vybrané stabilní klienty, a vyhledávání nových velkých byznys příležitostí.

  • tah na branku a vlastní drive: potřebujeme „huntera“, který zná nákupní procesy velkých firem a ideálně má síť kontaktů, kterou dokáže v novém, technologicky silném zázemí zúročit.
  • velice zajímavé finanční ohodnocení: nadstandardní fixní základ kombinovaný s motivační složkou (procento ze zisku ze zakázek).
