Chceš převzít manažerskou odpovědnost za rozvoj klíčových poboček u světové jedničky v HR službách a udávat směr našim náborovým projektům? Do Randstadu hledáme seniorního lídra na pozici Area manager pro divizi Operational Talent Solutions.

Pokud máš v sobě obchodní drive, baví tě vedení týmů ve více městech v Čechách a hledáš roli s velkým prostorem pro seberealizaci, máš před sebou skvělou výzvu.

co tě na pozici čeká

  • celkové řízení a rozvoj klíčových poboček divize Operational Talent Solutions ve svěřeném regionu s plnou odpovědností za jejich ekonomické výsledky a efektivitu
  • přímé vedení, motivace a mentoring týmů konzultantů na svěřených pobočkách (cca 10 kolegů), podpora jejich osobního růstu a nastavování KPI
  • tvorba a realizace obchodní strategie pro svěřené lokality, vyhledávání nových příležitostí a budování dlouhodobých vztahů s klíčovými klienty
  • vyjednávání s klíčovými rozhodovacími osobami u zákazníků, řešení náročných klientských situací a supervize dodávaných služeb
  • úzká spolupráce se seniorním vedením společnosti na formování celkového směřování divize
  • monitoring trhu, efektivní alokace kapacit mezi pobočkami a sdílení nejlepší praxe napříč svěřenými týmy
  • prokazatelná praxe na manažerské nebo seniorní obchodní roli v oblasti recruitmentu či služeb
  • silný obchodní duch, strategické myšlení a orientace na dosahování vysokých cílů
  • zkušenosti s vedením a rozvojem podřízených kolegů napříč různými lokalitami a přirozená autorita
  • pokročilá znalost anglického jazyka (úroveň B2-C1) pro jednání s vedením i mezinárodními klienty
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B a ochota k pravidelnému cestování v rámci svěřeného regionu
  • výborné komunikační, reprezentační a vyjednávací dovednosti
  • reprezentativní manažerskou roli s velkým prostorem pro seberealizaci a rozvoj svěřených lokalit
  • motivující finanční ohodnocení složené z fixní složky a atraktivního bonusového systému vázaného na výsledky svěřeného regionu
