Hledáte práci ve výrobě bez nočních směn?

Pro našeho klienta, rostoucí výrobní firmu přímo v Brně, hledáme nové kolegy na pozici operátor výroby.

Nabízíme nástup přímo do kmene firmy a náborový příspěvek 30 000 Kč.

Co budete dělat?

  • montážní práce s ručním nářadím
  • spolupráci s fajn kolegy ve výrobě
  • dodržování výrobních postupů, práci se schématy a základními výkresy

Směny:

  • 2-směnný provoz
  • Po-Pá, po týdnu střídáte ranní (6:00 - 14:00) a odpolední směny (14:00 - 22:00)
  • volné víkendy a žádné noční
  • ochotu pracovat ve 2-směnném provozu
  • manuální zručnost a schopnost se základně vyznat ve schématech a pracovních postupech
  • uvítáme předchozí zkušenosti výroby nebo technické vzdělání

Práce je vhodná spíše pro muže z důvodu zákonných limitů pro manipulaci s břemeny.

  • mzdu kolem 37 600 Kč
  • skládá se z: základ mzdy 30 500 Kč + (po ZD navýšení o 1 000 Kč) + cca 1000 Kč příplatek za odpolední směny + bonus až 6 100 Kč (prémie bývá až 20 % ze základu při splnění požadavků)
  • nástup do kmene firmy
  • náborový příspěvek 30 000 Kč (vyplacený po půl roce)
  • příspěvek na dopravu až 1 500 Kč (dle vzdálenosti)
  • 5 týdnů placené dovolené
  • dotované stravování ve firemní jídelně
  • jistou práci na HPP přímo v Brně - pohodlná doprava šalinou
  • za práci navíc: 50% příplatky za víkendy, 25% za přesčasy
  • kvalitní zaučení od zkušených kolegů
  • multisport kartu, příspěvek na penzijko nebo na benefitní kartu
  • 15 000 Kč za doporučení nového kolegy
