Pomáháme psát profesní příběhy, které dávají smysl, a stavíme týmy, které posouvají hranice byznysu našich klientů. Tato role je specificky zaměřená na non-technical segment, kde se stanete expertem na nábor specialistů a manažerů v oblastech finance & accounting, HR, sales nebo třeba marketing.

co vás na pozici čeká

  • end-to-end recruitment s obchodním přesahem: odpovědnost za kompletní náborový proces pro non-technical pozice a aktivní spolupráci s našimi klienty
  • strategický sourcing: vyhledávání a oslovování talentů na trhu s využitím sociálních sítí a správy interní databáze
  • konzultativní partnerství: poskytování odborného poradenství klientům při výběru klíčových zaměstnanců a vyjednávání podmínek spolupráce
  • budování klientského portfolia: péče o stávající portfolio mezinárodních i českých firem a vyhledávání nových obchodních příležitostí
  • správa náborových procesů: vedení pohovorů, prezentace kandidátů klientům a dotahování náborů do úspěšného uzavření
  • administrativní agenda: správa interních systémů, evidence náborových aktivit a pravidelný reporting výsledků
  • zkušenosti z komunikace s klienty či obchodu výhodou
  • anglický jazyk na úrovni B2-C1
  • tah na branku: schopnost dotahovat procesy do úspěšného konce a chuť dosahovat výsledků
  • vynikající komunikační schopnosti, profesionalitu a schopnost jednat s klienty i kandidáty na různé úrovni
  • samostatnost při organizaci práce a pozitivní přístup k dynamickému pracovnímu prostředí
  • proaktivní přístup
  • stabilitu a flexibilitu: Smlouvu na HPP a možnost kombinovat home office s kanclem v Ostravě tak, jak se domluvíš s nadřízeným
