Chceš dělat v HR, ale do technických pozic nebo IT se ti zrovna dvakrát nechce? To je v cajku, protože u nás budeš mít na starosti čistě netechnický segment. Budeme spolu stavět týmy v administrativě, zákaznickém servisu, financích, HR nebo obchodu.

Projekty i celou naši super partu máme po celé republice, ty budeš mít svůj hlavní přístav v Ostravě.

  • kompletní nábor: Od inzerátu až po řešení nabídky kandidátovi. Budeš propojovat ty správné lidi s firmami v rámci celé Moravy
  • hledání talentů moderně: Využiješ sociální sítě, naši databázi i pomocnou ruku od AI, abys vyhmátl ty nejlepší lidi na trhu
  • klientský servis a business: Naši stávající klienti tě budou brát jako partnera, se kterým konzultují situaci na trhu zároveň budeš vyhledávat nové obchodní příležitosti
  • dotahování věcí do konce: Provázet kandidáty procesem, odřídit pohovory a pohlídat, aby všechno klaplo až do úspěšného nástupu
  • angličtina (B2/C1): Musíš se umět domluvit, máme mezinárodní klienty / kandidáty
  • tah na branku: Hledáme lidi, co chtějí vidět výsledky, ne ty, co hledají výmluvy, proč to nejde
  • skvělá komunikace: Umět najít společnou řeč s asistentkou i finančním ředitelem
  • zkušenosti (výhodou): Pokud už máš za sebou práci v HR, agentuře nebo v obchodu, máš plus. Pokud ne, ale máš drajv, naučíme tě to
  • stabilitu a flexibilitu: smlouvu na HPP a možnost kombinovat home office s kanclem v Ostravě tak, jak se domluvíš s nadřízeným
