Pro našeho klienta, významnou společnost v oblasti chemického průmyslu, hledáme posilu do tříčlenného obchodního týmu. Pozice je vhodná pro zkušeného obchodníka, který chce navázat na fungující portfolio klientů a rozvíjet B2B obchody.

Co bude vaší hlavní náplní práce?

  • Péče o stávající klíčové zákazníky (80 % náplně práce): Budování a rozvíjení dlouhodobých partnerství se zákazníky v rámci B2B
  • Akvizice nových příležitostí (20 % náplně práce): Vyhledávání nových obchodních partnerů a rozšiřování prodejní sítě
  • Cestování za klienty: Služební cesty tvoří cca 30–40 % pracovní doby (střední Evropa – primárně Německo, Polsko a Nizozemsko)
  • Technická spolupráce: Úzká kooperace s týmem technické podpory prodeje a výzkumným centrem (R&D).
  • Příprava podkladů pro smlouvy, plánování tržeb a monitoring trhu s přímým reportováním řediteli.
  • Praxi v prodeji chemických produktů značnou výhodou
  • Vzdělání: SŠ či VŠ (chemické, technické nebo obchodně-technické zaměření vítáme)
  • Zkušenosti v rámci mezinárodního B2B
  • Jazykovou vybavenost: Komunikativní znalost anglického jazyka pro jednání se zahraničními klienty (znalost němčiny či dalšího světového jazyka je velkou výhodou)
  • Ochotu cestovat: ŘP sk. B a ochotu cestovat autem či letecky po střední Evropě
  • Osobnostní předpoklady: Proaktiní přístup, výborné vyjednávací schopnosti, samostatnost, a odolnost vůči stresu
  • 5 týdnů dovolené
