  • řízení strategické jednotky – přímé řízení 3 úseků (údržba zeleně, mechanizace a ploch) + 2 administrativních zaměstnanců
  • správa, servis a obnova stamilionového parku – péče o životní cyklus speciální techniky a zařízení
  • řízení financí – sestavování investičních i provozních rozpočtů (náklady, výnosy), vedení výběrových řízení na dodavatele, sledování technologického vývoje
  • koordinace údržby - plánování zimní a letní údržby ploch a nezpevněných komunikací
  • digitalizace a transformace – udávání technického směru, zadávání parametrů pro interní IT tým a zavádění moderních trendů do denní praxe
  • vedení projektů – příprava koncepce a definování požadavků pro výstavbu nového operačního areálu údržby s výhledem na 20 až 30 let
  • přítomnost v provozu – pravidelný pohyb v terénu, budování respektu bez kancelářského odstupu

leadership v krvi – zkušenost s řízením týmu lidí alespoň 5 let, lidský přístup, diplomacii vztah k těžké technice – technickou zdatnost a praxi z komunálních služeb, stavební techniky, nákladní dopravy nebo železnice SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání – dokončený obor v oblasti strojního, dopravního, stavebního nebo ekonomického inženýrství finanční a koncepční gramotnost – schopnost sestavovat rozpočty, obhájit investiční záměry a přemýšlet v dlouhodobém horizontu znalost angličtiny – komunikativní úroveň pro příležitostnou zahraniční cestu za inspirací akční přístup a flexibilitu – ochotu vyrazit do terénu, řidičské oprávnění sk. B (C a T výhodou)
