Hledáme parťáka s tahem na branku, který má obchod v krvi, nebojí se zvednout telefon, sednout do auta a vyrazit přímo za zákazníkem.

Co u nás budete dělat?

  • otevírat nové dveře: aktivní vyhledávání nových obchodních příležitostí v terénu (akvizice je váš denní chleba)
  • pečovat o ty, co už máme: budování a rozvíjení vztahů se stávajícími klienty
  • tvořit řešení na míru: sjednávání schůzek, prezentace naší nabídky a dotahování obchodů do úspěšného konce
  • plánovat si svůj čas: Terén je váš revír – organizace schůzek a trasy závisí na vaší domluvě a efektivitě
  • obchodního ducha a dravost: bavit vás musí jak získávání nových zákazníků, tak péče o ty věrné
  • předchozí praxi v obchodu: Pokud už máte zkušenosti (z jakéhokoliv oboru!), máte obrovskou výhodu
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B: Bez auta v terénu ani ránu
  • skvělé komunikační dovednosti: Umění naslouchat, argumentovat a domluvit se s kýmkoliv.
  • samostatnost a spolehlivost: Nejsme mikromanažeři – věříme vám, že si práci umíte zorganizovat
  • mzdu 40 000 – 70 000 Kč: Máte jistotu v podobě stabilního fixu + motivující provize z prodejů, které nemají strop (čím lepší obchodník jste, tím více si odnesete)
