  • hladký transfer technologií – převzetí nových linek od německých partnerů a zajištění jejich úspěšného uvedení do provozu
  • efektivní výroba – nastavování a optimalizace technologických procesů tak, aby dosahovaly maximální produktivity při zachování kvality
  • technologický rozvoj – zavádění nových technologií a definování požadavků pro TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

  • jazykovou zdatnost – dobrou znalost angličtiny (budete v úzkém kontaktu s kolegy z německé centrály), němčina výhodou
  • vztah k automatizaci – velká výhoda - orientace v programování robotů (trasování, diagnostika)
  • pohled inženýra – analytické myšlení, samostatnost a ochotu učit se novým technologickým postupům
