Pro segment inovativní léčby vzácných onemocnění v onkologii hledáme nového kolegu či kolegyni na pozici Rare Disease Specialist, kterého/kterou bude bavit aktivní práce v terénu s pokrytím pracovišť po celé ČR. Mezi Vaše hlavní zodpovědnosti bude patřit:

  • Budovat dlouhodobé partnerské vztahy s KOL a dalšími klíčovými stakeholdery ve svém regionu (Česká republika) a rozumět tomu, kde pacienti na své cestě narážejí na překážky.
  • Nadchnout se pro naše poslání, zlepšovat cestu pacientů se vzácnými nádorovými onemocněními od diagnózy až po léčbu.
  • Zodpovídat za plnění všech obchodních cílů, včetně uvedení portfolia nových inovativních produktů na trh v oblasti vzácných nádorů.
  • Zpracovávat key account plány, na základě získaných poznatků z terénu, analýzy trhu a potřeb KOLs a pacientů.
  • Mít jasný plán i prostor pro iniciativu, sdílet poznatky z terénu i o trhu a být oporou kolegům ve strategickém plánování projektů.
  • Dobře znát svůj region a spolu s kolegy připravovat a realizovat plány v souladu s produktovou strategií.
  • Organizovat odborná setkání se zdravotnickými pracovníky a být pro ně důvěryhodným partnerem.
  • Průběžně se vzdělávat a prohlubovat znalosti v terapeutické oblasti s cílem edukovat zdravotnické odborníky o svěřených léčivých přípravcích.

Kdo jste:

  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání, výhodou vzdělání v oboru medicíny, farmacie, biochemie, biologie nebo příbuzném vědeckém směru.
  • Schopnost vést rovnocennou, odbornou diskuzi s lékaři a KOLs.
  • Osobní nadšení, lidskost a touha pomáhat pacientům se vzácným a těžko diagnostikovatelným onemocněním.
  • Porozumění systému zdravotnictví, úhradovým mechanismům (§ 16) a schopnost odhalit překážky v cestě pacienta.
  • Schopnost se dobře adaptovat na dynamické prostředí launchovací fáze, kde se věci mění a vyvíjejí. Otevřenost zpětné vazbě, akceptace změn s lehkostí a odhodlání dosáhnout týmových cílů.
  • Plynulá čeština i angličtina – slovem i písmem.
  • Řidičský průkaz sk. B je samozřejmostí.
