Co Vás v práci čeká?

  • budete sloužit jako primární kontaktní osoba zákazníků, pravidelně je navštěvovat a udržovat s nimi dlouhodobé vztahy.
  • čeká vás každodenní komunikace také s dodavateli a interními odděleními napříč procesem od objednávky po úhradu.
  • proaktivní správa otevřených objednávek pro maximalizaci plnění a spokojenosti.
  • zpracování zákaznických požadavků, vytváření cenových nabídek a řešení problémů pomocí root-cause analýzy.
  • využívání RF skeneru k zjišťování stavu zásob pro QAD uploady a alokace materiálu v systému QAD.
  • úzká spolupráce se skladovými a logistickými týmy.
  • středoškolské vzdělání (obchodní, logistické nebo technické zaměření je výhodou).
  • 2–3 roky praxe na obdobné pozici v oblasti zákaznického servisu, podpory prodeje nebo logistiky.
  • silnou orientaci na zákazníka, výborné komunikační a interpersonální dovednosti.
  • proaktivní přístup, orientaci na řešení problémů a schopnost zvládat multitasking v dynamickém prostředí.
  • zkušenosti se systémy ERP (QAD, SAP) a dobrou znalost MS Office (zejména Excel).
  • znalost procesů VMI velkou výhodou.
  • plynulou znalost češtiny a angličtiny (ústně i písemně).
  • řidičský průkaz skupiny B.
  • roční a výkonnostní bonusový systém
  • možnost práce z domova (2 dny v týdnu)
  • stravenkový paušál ve výši 129,50 Kč
  • příspěvek na penzijní připojištění 750 Kč měsíčně
  • proplacení nákladů na mobilní telefon
  • 5 týdnů dovolené
  • proplacení nákladů spojených s cestováním ke klientům (nebo poskytnutí služebního automobilu)
